Sanitary atmospheric manhole cover

The design of the sanitary atmospheric manhole is mainly a device for the convenience of the staff to enter and leave the tank for work and maintenance. In order to meet the operating pressure requirements and sealing performance, the upper and lower flanges are welded at the joints of the manhole cylinder and the cover, and the upper and lower bolts are screwed tightly. In chemical production, many processes need to add materials at the manhole. Because the manhole cover is often opened, the acidic material is easy to flow, and eventually the flange is corroded and the kettle cover is scrapped. This can cause great property damage. Even with proper repair, acid flow can still corrode flanges. In order to completely solve the problem that the manhole cover frequently opens the corroded flange, after repairing the damaged flange, we install a plastic flange (the choice of plastic material should consider the corrosion of the medium in the reactor), the plastic lower flange and the manhole flange The size is the same, the diameter of the inner hole of the flange is determined according to the needs, and a plastic sealing cover is added on the flange.

Several surface treatment methods commonly used for sanitary atmospheric manholes are as follows:

1. Internal and external mirror surface: mostly used for high-demand equipment such as food and dairy machinery, with bright inside and outside, the surface is the same as a mirror, beautiful and smooth in appearance.

2. Internal and external matt: the relative requirements are not so high, and there is no need to achieve the effect of mirror surface, just a little rough throw, it depends on the customer's requirements and what effect can be achieved.

3. Pickling treatment: It is mostly used on industrial grades. The surface can be directly pickled and cleaned, and no other treatment is required. Like many construction sites, it is often used, and the cost will be relatively reduced.
